Working in call center is really a tough job. We need to sacrifice our sleep and we have to change our routine lifestyle, when working during night shifts. The atmosphere is really a like market place with hustling and bustling sounds of the workers and speakers, all round the night. It’s an amazing experience working at night. Working at nights were pretty unusual when it was some 10 years ago, but today it’s not so. But the system has changed now; opportunities knock the door during the night for those who work in call centers.
