I do know of the very fact that many people are aware of the word called operating system. But not all know of what exactly an operating system does. An operating system is a program that manages the computer hardware. It also provides a basis for application programs and acts as an intermediary between a user of a computer and the computer hardware. An amazing aspect of operating systems is how varied they are in accomplishing these tasks. Mainframe operating systems are designed primarily to optimize utilization of hardware. Personal computer (PC) operating systems support complex games, business applications, and everything in between. Handheld computer operating systems are designed to provide an environment in which a user can easily interface with the computer to execute programs. Thus, some operating systems are designed to be convenient, others to be efficient, and others some combination of the two.

Extend help.

If you find yourself in a situation where your intervention would lead to a positive outcome, go ahead and extend your hand. Don’t walk away when you see someone in distress. Make phone call if nothing else. Often summoning help can make the difference between life and death. Surely you will hate yourself later for not doing something when you could. We have become far too indifferent and insular to the suffering of fellow beings – nobody wants to get involved. Why not? Only cowards walk away from a crisis. Intervening in a crisis ought to be an obligation for anybody caught in such a situation. You must do whatever is needed at that point to aid the victim. Remember, it could be you lying there bleeding, on the ground while people jump over you and leave you to die.It’s always a helping hand more powerful than hands brought together for praying.

Working in call center is really a tough job. We need to sacrifice our sleep and we have to change our routine lifestyle, when working during night shifts. The atmosphere is really a like market place with hustling and bustling sounds of the workers and speakers, all round the night. It’s an amazing experience working at night. Working at nights were pretty unusual when it was some 10 years ago, but today it’s not so. But the system has changed now; opportunities knock the door during the night for those who work in call centers.
